Semi-automatic dip coating line for anti-climb net mesh wire

The design of this semi-automatic dip coating production line focuses on meeting the dip pe or pvc coating requirements of anti-climb net mesh wire. It adopts an electric heating source and is compatible with workpieces up to 2.5m×2m×0.9m in size. Batch processing is achieved through 4 hanging carts, each with a load capacity of 150kg. The equipment dimensions of 18m×4m×3.2m are designed to optimize space utilization.
In terms of performance, both the preheating oven and post-heating oven are constructed with 2mm galvanized steel plates, combined with 100mm high-density thermal insulation layers. With heating powers of 70kW and 47kW respectively, they enable precise temperature control. The fluidized bed system is equipped with an 11kW Roots blower, and the electric lifting system incorporates a reducer and counterweight design, ensuring stability during the dip coating process.
