DESIGN CONCEPT

This semi-automatic dip powder coating line is specially designed for metal wire racks, shelves and baskets, with adapting to the characteristics of wire workpieces as the core. For wire baskets with a maximum size of 1000*500*500mm, the hanging tray with an effective size of 1200*800mm ensures stable loading. The 1200*950*700mm fluidized bed, combined with a lifting range of 0-700mm, can accurately achieve uniform coating of PE powder.

It adopts electric heating, with the oven’s maximum temperature being 350°C. The inner layer is made of 304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance, and the outer layer is carbon steel to strengthen the structure, ensuring the curing quality of PE powder. The 33KW preheating furnace and 50KW post-heating furnace work together to control temperature, adapting to the thermal conductivity characteristics of wire materials.
