DESIGN CONCEPT

This fully automatic fluidized bed dip powder coating line is designed specifically for fence posts, welded wire mesh, gates, Y-arms, and small accessories. Aiming at workpieces of different specifications such as 3.4-meter-long fence posts and 2.67m × 1m welded wire mesh, it precisely matches the equipment parameters: the 6000*1000*3000 oven can meet the overall baking needs, and the high temperature of 350°C ensures the curing of PE powder.

Fencing Post	3.4 meter Length, 76 mm Diameter Round Hollow Section and 3.6 mm thick
Wire Mesh	4 mm Diameter Anti-Climb Welded Mesh,2.67 meter X 1 meter.
