Patch Badges & Toys

Rotocast Process

PECOAT® supplies PVC plastisol compounds for two molding routes — drip molding, where plastisol is poured into open molds to form soft rubber patches, logos, badges and keyrings, and rotational casting, where plastisol is rotated inside a closed mold to build hollow vinyl toys and figures.

Market Requirements

  • Soft-touch, rubber-like feel — a skin-friendly surface that stays flexible through daily handling.
  • Pigmentable to any color — solid, translucent or metallic effects from one compound line.
  • Sharp mold detail — low viscosity de-airs cleanly, so fine lettering and edges mold crisp.
  • Phthalate-free and child-contact safe — no VOC, REACH and RoHS compliant.
