Description
PECOAT® pvc plastisol dip coating equipment is mainly consist of preheat oven, post-heat oven, material tank, dipping system and chain tracks. It is specially designed for the dip coating process of pvc plastisol.
General Running Process
- Preheat the workpiece: Place the workpiece into the preheat ovenand keep several minutes to ensure uniform heating of the workpiece surface.
- Immerse in sol: Immerse the preheated workpiece into the plastisol tank through mechanical equipment or manual operation, and control the time (e.g., 2-6seconds) to form a uniform coating.
- Post-heat for curing: Transfer the workpiece coated with sol to the post-heat oven for curing, heat it at a set temperature (e.g., 200℃) for a specific duration (e.g., 2-5 minutes) to form a coating.
Key Differences Between Manual and Automatic
