Design Concept
The design of this dip plastic coating machine is rooted in protection needs for glass bottles, multi-size adaptability, and precise process control, aiming to deliver reliable plastic coatings that prevent bottle collision damage and offer excellent slip resistance.
The machine is designed to fit glass bottles of various sizes, supported by stable mold frames that secure products during processing. The stainless-steel material tank ensures corrosion resistance during operation.
The oven features an up-down door design to minimize heat loss, paired with left-right heating tubes and top hot air circulation for uniform preheating and curing. The four-axis synchronous lifting platform, driven by an inverter motor, allows manual speed adjustment and automatic height compensation, ensuring consistent dipping depth and coating uniformity.
The integrated workflow (loading-preheating-dipping-curing-unloading) streamlines operations, with manual auxiliary steps complementing automated core processes. Stainless-steel construction for oven interiors, tracks, and components enhances durability, ensuring long-term reliable performance while meeting practical production requirements.
