Automatic Dip PVC Plastisol Coating Machine For Ball Valve Handles
DESIGN CONCEPT
The surface treatment of ball valve handles enhances their aesthetics, anti-slip performance, and durability, with the PVC dip coating process being a key step in this surface treatment. The PVC plastisol coating machine, specifically designed for ball valve handles, has become a core equipment for large-scale production.
This equipment adopts an automated coating process design. From the preheating of handles, the immersion in PVC plastisol, to curing for forming, the entire process requires little manual intervention. It not only reduces labor costs but also improves production efficiency.
Catering to ball valve handles of different specifications (such as width 15mm-50mm and length 80mm-150mm), it meets small-batch, and large-batch production. The equipment is equipped with a PLC control system, which can precisely adjust the parameters in the coating process, ensuring process stability and effectively improving product qualification rate.
