PECOAT® Expanded-TPU Boards,ETPU Sheets and Plates
ETPU (Expanded Thermoplastic Polyurethane) has many excellent characteristics, such as excellent resilience and cushioning performance, high tensile strength, impact resistance, good aging resistance and weather resistance. It can be made into various shapes to meet the needs of different occasions, such as boards, sheets, plates etc.
ETPU boards,sheets and plates are widely used in some fields:
- Protective equipment: Used to make various protective pads, such as sports protective pads, children’s crawling mats, bicycle helmet fillers, etc. Utilize its high resilience and cushioning performance to absorb impact force and play a protective role.
- Shoe materials: Widely used in sole materials, it can provide excellent resilience effect and shock absorption function, and improve the comfort and performance of shoes.
- Packaging materials: With its good cushioning performance, it can be used for packaging products with high buffer requirements.
Specifications
At present, PECOAT® supplies ETPU boards in one standard size, which is 1400mm in length, 1000mm in width, and 20mm in thickness. The thickness can be cut according to customers’ requirements.
