Description
PVC plastisol paste dripping (also known as PVC Dispensing or Micro‑Injection) is a process that produces soft 3D rubber parts using liquid PVC plastisol via dispensing + high‑temperature curing. The finished products are elastic, waterproof and wear‑resistant, widely used for logos, labels, anti‑slip parts and promotional gifts.
Core Principle
Based on the thermoplasticity of PVC: solid at room temperature, viscous when heated, and re‑solidified after cooling.
- Mixing: PVC paste resin + plasticizer (DOP/DINP) + color paste → colored liquid PVC plastisol.
- Dispensing: Inject the colored paste into the mold cavity by machine or manually.
- Curing: Heat the mold at 150–200 °C for 3–5 minutes to cure.
- Demolding: Cool and take out the finished soft rubber product.

Features
- Soft, elastic, fold‑resistant, waterproof, anti‑slip, weather‑resistant
