Product Grades and Applications
We offer three tailored grades of PTFE Suspension Molding Powder to meet different application needs, each with unique performance advantages:
- PECO0-564: Featuring high cleanliness and purity, this grade is suitable for manufacturing oriented films or filled turning films. It is mainly applied in the production of electrical insulation films, capacitor films and other products with high reliability requirements, and is the first choice for high-precision electrical and electronic components.
- PECO0-568: With uniform particle size, it is excellent for processing large filled products. It is widely used to make high-end products such as tubes, rods, plates and sealing materials, and can meet the strict performance standards of high-demand industrial manufacturing.
- PECO0-567: As a general-purpose grade, it is mainly used in the production of tubes, rods, plates and sealing materials for ordinary applications, providing cost-effective and reliable material solutions for conventional industrial production.
