Main Features

Strong Adaptability to Molding and Processes

Excellent fluidity ensures uniform coverage of mold inner walls and full filling of details (e.g., toy textures, shape edges and corners), guaranteeing plump molding of products.
Moderate curing temperature (usually 150-250℃), compatible with rotational casting operations in molding processing.

Physical Properties Meet Toy Usage Requirements

Soft and elastic with Shore hardness mostly between 45-95A, skin-friendly to the touch, resistant to extrusion, and not easily deformed or broken when bent.
Wear and tear resistant, capable of withstanding friction and pulling during children’s play, ensuring long service life and not easy to damage.
Temperature resistance adapts to daily environments (-20℃ to 60℃), without hardening, sticking or cracking due to high or low temperatures.

Good Compatibility with Subsequent Processing

Outstanding coloring performance, compatible with common toy coatings such as water-based paints and oil-based paints, with strong coating adhesion that resists fading and scratching.
The plastisol formula can be adjusted as needed to achieve transparent, translucent or other color effects, and functional ingredients such as fragrance and fluorescence can also be added.
