Full-Automatic Dip PVC Mold Machine for Small-sized Caps and Sleeves
DESIGN CONCEPT
The customer’s requirement is to produce small-sized PVC caps. In response to this requirement, PECOAT ® automatic dip pvc mold machine adopts “efficient adaptation, intelligent energy-saving, and stable durability” as its core design orientation. Starting from product adaptability, the equipment optimizes its core structure based on the production characteristics of small-sized PVC caps. The mold base plate is designed with specifications of 495mm in length and 650mm in width, and a single base plate can carry 200-300 molds. Due to the small size of PVC caps, the molds occupy less space, enabling high-density mold hanging and significantly increasing the output per unit time. Coupled with the cycle production efficiency of 3-4 minutes per base plate, it can achieve rapid mass production.
The entire process of this automatic dip pvc mold machine adopts a fully automatic dip molding flow, from mold preheating, plastisol immersion, to water cooling and demolding, without the need for continuous manual operation. Only inspection and material replenishment every 30-40 minutes are required to realize unattended production. This not only reduces problems such as missed dipping and misalignment that are prone to occur during manual operation of small-sized products but also lowers labor costs. Meanwhile, the equipment is equipped with leakage and power-off protection functions, which can effectively prevent electrical safety risks in the operating scenario with a total power of 30kw. The fault early warning mechanism can promptly identify issues such as insufficient glue and abnormal temperature, automatically shut down and alarm, avoiding batch scrapping of small-sized PVC caps caused by equipment failures and reducing production losses.
