Design Concept
Our full-automatic dip mould machine is specially made for pipe end dust cover caps, with a design focused on precision, efficiency, practicality, and energy savings to meet the needs of pipe protection product manufacturing.
Built for 88.9mm diameter caps, all parts—including the 0.86m×0.98m×0.2m material tank and 0.5m×0.9m hanging cart—are adjusted to ensure even coating and consistent size. This cuts out manual mistakes and keeps production stable, while the built-in 1.3m×1.3m×1.3m oven provides steady heating.
The machine produces 200 units per hour through full-automatic heating, dipping, drying, and demoulding—replacing heavy manual work. This increases output, reduces human error, and minimizes material waste and inconsistent results.
Measuring 7m (L) × 1.4m (W) × 2.2m (H), it offers full functionality in a compact size, fitting easily into standard workshops. The 22kw electric heating is chosen for stable heat, and lower running costs than traditional fuel heating, meeting modern environmental and economic needs.
