Our coil welded wire mesh roll PVC dip powder coating equipment is specially engineered for continuous powder dip‑coating of rolled wire mesh. Adopting fluidized bed PVC dip coating technology with gas heating as core thermal solution, this production line realizes automated workflow including unwinding, tension control, pre‑heating, powder dipping, curing, cooling, deviation correction and finished‑product winding. It delivers uniform, stable anti‑corrosion plastic coating on wire mesh surfaces.
