Description
PECOAT® PVC Plastisol Production Equipment Set mainly include pre-mixer, vacuum mixer & vacuum pump system. Constructed primarily from stainless steel and carbon steel, it is robust, durable and highly efficient in production. The pre-mixer is equipped with an iron propeller and a 3mm-thick iron tank (509 liter), plus stainless steel valves and connections for stable mixing. The vacuum mixer features a 3mm-thick stainless steel tank (200 liter), a stainless steel propeller and an iron disc to ensure smooth stirring and reliable vacuum sealing. The vacuum pump comes with a 6.6KW motor, offering a pumping speed of 70L/s and strong vacuum performance, along with auxiliary parts like stainless steel ovens and dipping tanks.
