Description
This customized fluidized bed dip coating line is developed for manufacturing guardrail and and anti-climb security fence components. Main workpieces include intermediate main posts, joint main posts and matching mesh panels made of Q235B welded special-shaped steel. Workpieces need hot-dip galvanizing (270 g/m²) followed by PE powder dip coating, finished with RAL6010 grass-green surface.

- Strict project compliance: Finished guardrail products satisfy dual-layer anti-corrosion standard of hot-dip galvanizing plus dip coating and pass official project-site acceptance inspection.
- Energy saving performance: Total installed power 25 kW, total natural gas consumption 116 m³ for stable high volume manufacturing.
