Description
This machine is professional equipment for applying nylon coating on anti-loose or self-lock screws. It adopts high-frequency induction heating to heat screws to about 185°C, then sprays nylon powder onto the thread, making the nylon firmly adhere to form stable friction resistance, effectively preventing screws from loosening during use. It is available in single-track and double-track models to meet different production needs, widely used in anti-loose processing of metal screws.
