Introduction
PECOAT® Thermoplastic Polyethylene PE Powder Coating White Color for Refrigerator Shelves Grids Basket is based with high-pressure polyethylene (LDPE) resin, adding a variety of functional additives and color pigments. it is designed for refrigerator grids,shelves. The powder is applied with fluidized bed dipping process, It has excellent chemical resistance, anti-aging, impact resistance, bending resistance, acid resistance, corrosion resistance, and good surface decoration properties.

Application for PE Powder Coating for Refrigerator Shelves
- Pre-treatment substrate: According to the substrateand the required performance, the surface of the treated substrate should be neutral.
- Pre-heat temperature : 280-330℃ (Adjust according to the heat capacity of the work-piece and room temperature.)
- Dwell Timefor dipping in a fluid bed: 3-20 seconds (adjust according to customers’ required thickness and work-piece)
- Post-heat temperatureand time: 180-220℃/2-5minutes (Adjust according to the heat capacity of the work-piece and the melt flow index of the powder)
- Cooling: Air cooled or naturally cooled to room temperature.
