Polyether Extrusion TPU

It can meet the FDA standard and NSF standard 61; comply with transparent UL 94-VO flame retardancy, UL yellow card, excellent hydrolysis resistance, low-temperature flexibility, anti-microbial, anti-mold, low water swelling, high transparency and low crystallization point, excellent anti-yellowing, stable processing size, and high mechanical physical properties with high component matching. The product is widely used in extruded products such as fire hoses, automotive and marine cables, geophysical cables, wind power cables, robot arm cables, drag chain cables, hoses, corrugated pipes, drinking water pipes, food machinery conveyor belts, and industrial belts. Our TPU can be customized to achieve flame retardant grade VW-1, matte, semi-gloss, and other special requirements.

Polyether Injection TPU

It meets the FDA standard and passes the biocompatibility ISO 10993-5/-10, UL yellow card, with hydrolysis resistance, low-temperature flexibility, anti-mold, low water swelling, comfortable touch, high transparency, resilience, high strength, and fast molding and easy processing. It is widely used in wearable devices, IT electronic products, ski boots, automotive and marine, rail transit, food machinery, children’s toys, and other outdoor products.
